Blankboard Studio partnered with Rivana Realty to craft a bespoke web platform tailored to the luxury real estate market. The result is a sleek, interactive website that delivers a refined browsing experience, enabling users to discover and explore premium listings with ease and confidence.

The Challenge

Before we stepped in, Rivana Realty had exceptional properties — but no digital experience to reflect their value.

Our Approach

We broke the project into five intentional phases, each focused on aligning luxury with usability.

1. Discovery & Direction

We first aligned with Rivana’s positioning — discreet, upscale, and service-oriented. We explored competitor gaps and defined what luxury should feel like digitally.

We designed a minimal, elegant brand system using high-contrast serif and sans-serif pairings, calm neutrals, and generous whitespace — creating a refined, gallery-like feel.

3. UX & Web Design

The site was structured for clarity and calm exploration. We built flexible page layouts for listings, added advanced filters, and prioritized an effortless scroll experience for mobile.

4. Webflow Development

We translated the designs into a fast, fully responsive Webflow build with a custom CMS for property management and dynamic content display.

5. Microinteractions & Finishing Touches

Subtle hover states, refined animations, and high-res image sliders gave the interface a touch of elegance without slowing it down.
